Claudia studied Marketing Management in Peru, her country of birth, and subsequently in the United States. After several years of study, graduating, and then working in this field successfully, she realized that she should be true to her heart and pursue her long-term passion for health care as it relates to food, nutrition, and diseases caused by food. So she decided to change her career path accordingly by pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition at Florida International University.

Claudia has been passionate about this field since she was a child, when she started to realize that good nutrition can prevent many diseases, just as poor nutrition can cause or exacerbate them. Over the years, she continually researched nutrition on her own initiative so that she could learn and remain informed about new trends in nutrition and wellness. In the United States, she worked for many years in the restaurant business to subsist and fund her studies. Due to this exposure, Claudia’s interests in food and the science behind it increased were further deepened.
Claudia loves working with people and helping patients develop a healthy relationship with food so that they can enjoy longer, better lives. Such results are her reward.
